This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the Honda store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance./pp/ppbPrimary Responsibilities:/b/pulliMaximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance/liliFacilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors/liliFollow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed/liliReview internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly/liliKeep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow-up and reporting/liliBe fully prepared for daily appointments/liliConfirm appointments prior to arrival time/liliReschedule “no-show” appointments when necessary/liliUnderstand importance and benefits to the retail business/liliIdentify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect/li/ulp/ppbQualifications:/b/pulliHigh school diploma/liliProficient in various desktop tools including MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/liliStrong organizational skills/lili2-4 years of customer service or sales experience/liliExperience in automotive industry a plus/liliExperience using CRM tools; automotive CRM a plus/liliFamiliarity with dealership operations a plus/liliFamiliarity with BDC functions a plus/liliExperience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiencies/li/ulp/ppbCompensation: Salary of $55,000 plus monthly performance bonus.
