BDC Representative

pstrongLand Rover Hartford/strong is seeking a qualified, energetic individual for a Customer Service position in our Business Development Center (BDC) - Internet Sales Department. Candidates must possess effective communication skills, have a strong customer service and/or sales background, and excellent organizational / computer skills. Position includes Internet lead management, inbound and outbound calls, and appointment booking and confirmation. Previous experience in a call center and/or automotive franchise is beneficial but not required./p pStrong communication skills (phone and email) and basic computer and organizational skills are required. Having excellent internet/computer skills is imperative to the success of this position. You should be comfortable talking to customers on the phone and email with the end goal of provide a truly exception customer based experience!/p pstrongResponsibilities/strong:/p pbull; Address customer inquiries on new and used Inventory./p pbull; Use Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients./p pbull; Use all available communication channels to book sales appointments./p pbull; Maintain professional appearance and representation of the organization./p pbull; Assist with reception routing of inbound calls to the dealership during high call volume times./p pstrongQualifications:/strong/p pnbsp;bull; Must have positive outgoing personality and an eagerness to advocate our products and services./p pbull; Ability to build rapport with clients./p pbull; Ability to work independently on daily tasks./p pbull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills./p pbull; Willingness to collaborate with management to regularly assess and improve processes./p pbull; Availability for full time including Saturdays./p pbull; Professional appearance and demeanor./p pJob type: Full-time.
