STARTING PAY $28.00/HR+ DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS. /p bResponsibilities/b: p style="margin: 0px;"As an Arborist Crew Leader, you will play an important role in:/pulliSafely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including:br /ulliPruning/liliCabling and bracing/liliRigging/liliRemovals/liliProperly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)/li/ul/liliBringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site/liliSupervising and managing crews while performing tree care services, as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager/liliEnsuring that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment/liliEnsuring that all tree care work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards/liliCommunicating, answering questions, and building relationships with clients/li/ul bQualifications/b: ulliA passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors/liliAt least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry/liliValid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred)/liliAbility to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions/liliProven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-motivated/li/ulp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"emThe F.
