If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!/p br / pstrongPosition:/strong Direct Support Professional Female 1:1/p pstrongLocation:/strong Jacksonville, Arkansas/p pstrongSchedule:/strong Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm/p pstrongStarting Pay:/strong $12.00 per hour (negotiable based on education and experience)/p br / pstrongWhy Join Us?/strong At AEDD, we believe in empowering individuals with disabilities to improve the quality of their lives./p br / pstrongWhat You'll Do:/strong/p ul liSupport individuals in developing essential life skills, from health and hygiene to independent living tasks./li liFoster a positive and respectful environment at home and in the community./li liAssist with daily routines as outlined in the Medicaid Waiver Person-Centered Service Plan./li liHelp individuals engage with their community through activities like shopping, social events, appointments, and more./li liProvide safe and reliable transportation using your personal vehicle (must meet AR state insurance requirements)./li liMaintain records of consumer expenses and document progress./li liOffer valuable input during annual service planning meetings./li liComplete required training, including CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, and in-service sessions./li liSubmit weekly documentation and timesheets on time./li li /li /ul pstrongWhat We're Looking For:/strong/p ul listrongAge Requirement:/strong 18 years or older./li listrongEducation amp; Experience:/strong High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience in public health, human services, or a community service agency. Alternatively, two years of verifiable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities may qualify./li listrongDriver's License amp; Insurance:/strong Valid Arkansas driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance./li listrongBackground Check amp; Drug Screening:/strong Required for all candidates./li listrongCommunication Skills:/strong Ability to effectively interact with individuals and understand written instructions./li li /li /ul pstrongWhy This Role Matters:/strong/p pThis is a strongsafety-sensitive position/strong, meaning your role directly affects the well-being of the individuals you support.
