Your contributions are vital in maintaining clean, reliable energy for local communities, regardless of your background in wind, electrical, mechanical, or heavy machinery sectors./p p /p pstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/p ul style="list-style-type:disc" liMaintain and repair wind turbines with your team to keep communities powered./li liAdhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections./li liCollaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices./li liDocument your work and continuously improve operational processes./li liAccurately time code all work activities to support clear tracking of task duration, progress, and operational efficiency./li /ul p /p pstrongWho You Are/strong/p ul style="list-style-type:disc" liAt least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields./li liHighly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities./li liSafety-conscious and committed to best practices./li liAble to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments./li liPhysically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights./li liAbility to speak, read and follow instructions in English./li liYou have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship./li /ul p /p pstrongTraining amp; Equipment/strong/p pVestas invests in your growth, providing access to comprehensive training programs and certifications like GWO Safety amp; Technical Training.
