South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team!/p pstrongABOUT THE ROLE:/strong/p pThe Bartender is responsible for bar service in the Community cocktail lounge./p pstrongHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Bartender:/strong/p ul liTakes orders, provides service, and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answers pertinent questions about drink items.nbsp;/li liClear all tableware from tables and bars after service.nbsp;/li liCleans all glassware and dishes, including ashtrays, and distributes.nbsp;/li liStocks, restocks, and rotates supplies.nbsp;/li liPrepares garnishes for bar use. Prepares snack trays.nbsp;/li liMaintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges.nbsp;/li liAssists supervisor with inventory of supplies./li liServes in the Dining Room as needed./li /ul pstrongHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:/strong/p ul liAbility to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively./li liExperience bartending in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining experience preferred./li liAbility to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers.
