EKG, Pregnancy test, Urine analysis, Quick strep, Blood sugars, etc../liliComplete well child intake, including full health history and any pertinent screenings or questionnaires./liliChange wound dressings and proper disposal of infectious waste per company policy./liliAdminister shots and immunizations as privileged./liliPrepare and administer medications as Provider authorizes./liliResponsible for patient calls, messages, and relaying to provider when necessary ndash; all in a timely manner./liliResponsible for securing and sanitizing equipment at the end of the day./liliPractices in compliance with all regulatory standards and adheres to all clinic policy and procedures in the performance of duties./liliPerforms and prioritizes nursing care tasks./liliAccurately follows the pertinent medical orders./liliObserves and reports nursing interventions and patient responses, and documents in a timely, concise manner./liliRecognizes, responds and reports changes in patient conditions./liliResponsible for tracking and completing referral and diagnostic reports and medical record releases./liliPerforms Diabetic Retinal Eye Exam (if trained) for diabetic patients./liliDemonstrates principles of infection control;
