You will also verify patient information submitted on protocol vs. specimen container, evaluate and decide according to the submitted clinicians diagnosis the proper orientation of the specimen including inking of margins and choosing the appropriate dissection procedure for each specimen and dictating specimens’ gross description using glossaries and the MModal voice recognition system. Other responsibilities include inputting all other specimen data into the Laboratory Information System (CoPath)./pp/ppThis full-time mid-shift position. Hours will be 1p-9pm. No weekends, no holidays.
