You’ll support the Store Manager in creating a positive, productive environment for both customers and employees. Your key responsibilities include:/pulliLead store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance/liliSupport recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members/liliTrain and develop staff in alignment with company standards/liliReview and verify daily sales reports, deposits, and financial procedures/liliCoordinate product flow and shipments to ensure inventory meets sales goals/liliOpen and close the store, manage deposits, and secure the building/liliProvide excellent customer and donor service, including resolving complaints/liliSupervise the processing of donated goods to ensure quality and sales readiness/liliOrganize and rotate merchandise by category and color/liliEncourage team motivation through communication and performance feedback/liliReport maintenance needs and safety concerns to store leadership/liliAct as Store Manager in their absence/li/ulp________________________________________/ppbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For/strong/ppA natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for retail operations and team development.
