The ideal candidate must be eager to learn about coffee and have an interest in becoming a quot;certifiedquot; barista for Joe. They must also have a strong desire to offer great customer service. The best candidates must be reliable, friendly, fast-paced and a good team player./p

$19 per hour guaranteed for barista shifts with tip subsidy/strong/p
