Production Supervisor - Full-time

Direct supervision of 40+ full-time employees including sorters, equipment operators, laborers, and plant leads to efficiently and safely operate the facility.

Training of all staff and employees in conjunction with operational needs, compliance, and safety requirements

Coordinate plant maintenance activities with production schedules

Effectively conduct all accident or injury investigations

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects or tasks with varying and sometimes competing timelines.

Possesses supervisory and intrapersonal skills with the ability to organize and delegate work responsibilities as necessary.

Ability to work independently to achieve goals.

Possesses good verbal and written communication skills in English, and Spanish.

Ability to work in a production environment, including hot, cold, wet, and dusty environments.

5 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced output industrial environment
