Construction Superintendent

• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and project specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trades, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, providing regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Manage job site logistics including equipment, materials, and site access.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Support a collaborative, professional, and solution-oriented environment while maintaining strong working relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of construction field supervision experience, preferably in multifamily residential construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to travel or work extended hours as project needs require.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
