JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Illinois license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CSR license required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in OB/GYN practice
• Other Qualifications: Must be available for 24-hour call coverage and clinic as needed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide 24-hour call coverage for OB/GYN patients
• Manage deliveries per month
• Provide consultations for OB/GYN-related cases in ER
• Collaborate with onsite team (1 MD, 2 Midwives, 1 APN)
• Perform OB/GYN procedures and provide patient follow-up care
• Respond to patient needs during call-back shifts
