**Job Title: MRI Technologist (Overnight Shift)**

**Shift:** Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
**Location:** Hospital Setting with Level 1 Trauma Center

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and independent MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience to join our dynamic team. This position involves working overnight shifts at a busy hospital environment, utilizing state-of-the-art MRI technology. The technologist will primarily operate two 1.5T Philips Ingenia scanners, ensuring high-quality imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform MRI scans on patients, focusing on neuro, spinal, abdominal, pelvic, and musculoskeletal areas.
- Collaborate with a tech aide or another MRI technologist during shifts to provide efficient and accurate imaging services.
- Maintain high standards of patient care while executing protocols as instructed.
- Operate MRI scanners and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and patients to deliver optimal care.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience in a clinical setting.
- Active ARRT (MR) or AMRIT certification required.
- Preferred experience in Level 1 trauma, anesthesia, and ICU patients.
- Proficient with Philips MR technology.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Willingness to work hard, be reliable, and adapt to changing circumstances within the department.

**Working Conditions:**

- Position requires working overnight shifts, when both MRI scanners will operate, decreasing inpatient length of stay.
- Engaging in a team-oriented environment to achieve productivity and quality patient care.
- Dress code: Personal scrubs (except hospital-issued scrubs).
