Are you looking for more flexibility and keeping more of what you earn? We are a brand new, state of the art salon now open in the Cool Springs area. We are a hybrid commission, booth rental salon. And options for transitioning from commission to booth rental when it makes sense for you.

As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling. Our ideal candidate is not only skilled in hairstyling but also possesses strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon space, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Promote retail products effectively, utilizing knowledge of retail math to drive sales.
- Provide additional services such as makeup application or hair threading when requested by clients.
Skills
- Proficient in various hairstyling techniques, including barbering, hair extensions, and makeup application.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
