Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Back of House (BOH) Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about the hospitality industry. This role is crucial to maintaining kitchen efficiency, food quality, and a positive team environment.
****Minimum Requirements****
A minimum of 5 years of KM or Exec. Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen restaurant
Excellent tenure in past jobs- NO job hoppers! No more than 2-3 jobs in 10 years.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager duties include:
Lead BOH operations while maintaining a guest-first mindset
Supervise and support kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
Manage inventory and kitchen pars to meet food cost goals
Enforce food quality, presentation, and safety standards
Hire, train, and onboard new BOH staff to ensure quick integration and performance
Improve and streamline kitchen operations for timely service
Establish and uphold cleaning and sanitation protocol
Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must possess:
A minimum of 5 years of KM or Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service, scratch kitchen restaurant
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Clear and effective communication skills and a positive attitude
Commitment to high standards, teamwork, accountability, and a heart for hospitality
Excellent tenure in past jobs- NO job hoppers! No more than 2-3 jobs in 10 years.
Bilingual is a plus
