Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting healthcare services? DSSW (Disability Services of the Southwest) is looking for a dedicated EVV Specialist to join our Longview team! This is your opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.

What You’ll Do:

As an EVV Specialist, you’ll work under the guidance of the EVV Manager to:

• Oversee and maintain the Vesta EVV system.
• Monitor and reconcile EVV data between Vesta and KanTime.
• Communicate with attendants, Case Managers, and Program Directors to resolve discrepancies.
• Track trends and report issues to improve system performance.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM and demonstrate Excel accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (required).
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and use standard office equipment.
• Normal vision, hearing, and verbal communication skills.
