DSSW (Disability Services of the Southwest) is looking for a dedicated EVV Specialist to join our Longview team! This is your opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.
What You’ll Do:
As an EVV Specialist, you’ll work under the guidance of the EVV Manager to:
- Oversee and maintain the Vesta EVV system.
- Monitor and reconcile EVV data between Vesta and KanTime.
- Communicate with attendants, Case Managers, and Program Directors to resolve discrepancies.
- Track trends and report issues to improve system performance.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and demonstrate Excel accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 2–3 years of administrative experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (required).
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and use standard office equipment.
- Normal vision, hearing, and verbal communication skills.
