Medical Receptionist Floater - SNJ/PA

Position: Medical Receptionist Floater – SNJ/PA Region
Pay Rate: $21/hr 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:30 AM–6:30 PM (varies weekly)

 Float Locations:

• New Jersey: Haddonfield, Medford, Mount Laurel, Sewell, Voorhees, West Deptford, Willingboro

• Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Richboro, Willow Grove

• (Additional locations within Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, or Philadelphia Counties may be included as new offices open)

• Schedule patient appointments

• Greet and assist incoming patients

• Verify insurance coverage

• Enter patient demographics into the system

• Maintain and file medical records

• Support office managers and physicians as needed

• Act as the welcoming face of the practice for patients

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with NextGen preferred

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Previous medical office or insurance experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to assigned offices
