Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Pittsburg, PA, 15213 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Range is $16-$19. on W2
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
1+ year customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.)
Proficiency in Windows-based applications
6+ months of healthcare experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills
6+ months of healthcare experience
Professional, reliable, and patient with customers
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
