Appointment Setter/ Sales Rep - Full-time

Overview
 As a Sales Representative at USA First Roofing, you will be responsible for setting new appointments with homeowners to have a roofing specialist provide a complimentary consultation. Your role will focus on lead generation primarily through door-to-door prospecting. This is a commission-based position. All appointments that close receive a generous portion of the revenue earned from the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive door-to-door lead generation efforts to secure new appointment opportunities in residential homes.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to close on appointments.
- Follow up on potential leads.
- Script and training provided. Just follow the proven process and make quick money.
- No negotiation, no insurance claim work, no roof inspection, no roofing knowledge needed- just set appointments and let our roof experts do the rest.

Ideal Candidate:
- Highly self-motivated with a strong enthusiasm for outdoor, hands-on sales activities..
- Seeking a full-time, flexible position offering opportunities for both personal and professional development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, though not required.
