Construction Superintendent - Lanai Island

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with building codes and regulations.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities

- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their adherence to project timelines

- Review and interpret project plans and blueprints

- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers

- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking

Skills:

- Journeyman level carpenter

- Excellent working knowledge of construction procedures, building systems, and tools

- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure

- Excellent knowledge of reading plans, shop drawings, and specifications

- Proficiency in construction estimating and management

- Strong supervisory skills to lead on-site teams effectively

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

- Experience with project scheduling to ensure timely completion
