- Cold/flu symptoms, Rashes, Abrasions
- Lacerations, Sprains, Minor burns
• Procedures:
- Suturing/Wound Care/I&Ds
- Splinting, X-Rays/EKGs
- Drawing Blood/IVs
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Staffed with 1-3 providers per day, if physician is not onsite, remote physician is available for escalation
- Willing to work independently
- High acuity will get referred to the local ER
- Comfortable working independently and with peds
- Will cover 3 facilities

Requirements:
• Active WV License
• BC
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Min 2 yrs of experience
