Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 educational institution in Blackfoot, Idaho is seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contracted, as-needed role. This opportunity is ideal for professionals available to provide support approximately 1-2 days per month throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
- Consult with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with school staff to promote positive student behavior and academic success.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with educational regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
Location: Blackfoot, Idaho serving a K-12 school setting.
