Job Summary

The Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and supporting the store team in achieving sales goals. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Provide product knowledge and recommend merchandise to drive sales.

• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges accurately.

• Maintain sales floor presentation, including folding, hanging, and organizing merchandise.

• Assist with shipment processing, restocking, and markdowns.

• Support promotions, signage, and seasonal floor sets.

• Ensure fitting rooms are clean, organized, and monitored.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

• Work as a team to meet store goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
