Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school is seeking a part-time psychologist to provide essential support for grades K-12. This role involves conducting initial and re-evaluations within a small district serving approximately 650 students. The position offers the flexibility of working three days per week and is open to candidates interested in teletherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 40-50 initial and re-evaluation psychological assessments annually
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct psychological services to students in alignment with district goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state regulations
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School or Educational Psychology
- Valid Ohio School Psychologist License
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage assessments and case documentation efficiently
