Maintenance Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic in the Petersburg, VA area. This role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical devices by observing operations, dismantling equipment, inspecting parts, and making necessary adjustments or replacements. The technician operates metalworking tools, maintains cleanliness, follows company policies, and collaborates with team members to ensure product quality and safety. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors.
 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience working within an industrial facility or plant - Basic knowledge and ability to diagnose problems with Hydraulic Systems and Pneumatic systems
 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience with Preventive Maintenance and general Corrective Maintenance - TIG or stick welding exp
