Obrela Security Industries is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our growing team in Athens, Greece. The SDM will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer experience across our Managed Cyber Security engagements. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the SDM will oversee service delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and align delivery outcomes with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer management, a solid understanding of managed services, and working knowledge of cyber security technologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer accounts across diverse industries, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Understand each customer’s technical and operational landscape, identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Communicate the value of Obrela’s services by articulating how our solutions address client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate customer onboarding activities.
  • Promote Obrela’s services and outcomes through reports, dashboards, and regular reviews.
  • Develop and follow operational plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
  • Maintain a consistent and positive customer experience across all engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer account or service delivery management.
  • Proven experience in project management and driving service delivery improvements.
  • Knowledge of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with remote/global teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Delivery, Engineering and other teams with high levels of technical expertise.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Greek speaker with fluent English (written and verbal).
