Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish for inquiries related to pharmaceuticals.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, order placements, and tracking.
• Provide information on pharmaceuticals, including usage, dosage, and availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is beneficial.
