Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a unique individual who is interested in helping to raise our 3 kiddos (8 years, 4 years, & 8 months) and play an active role in their home school education. We live on a small 10 acre farm and value time spent outside in nature, read-alouds, healthy homemade meals, and an education based in Christian belief. We are hoping to find someone who can become an integral part of our children's lives for hopefully a long time. Our last nanny was with us for 3. 5 years and we consider her family. We are still figuring out an ideal schedule that will work for our family/homeschool needs and can be somewhat flexible if we find the right fit.
