Housekeeper Needed

I would like my surfaces to be cleaned/dusted (including baseboards) each time they come. Previous housekeepers Ive had only straighten, put items away, and vacuum, but do not clean. It may appear clean, but when you actually look at surfaces, it is still dusty and doesnt feel freshened. I would also like someone who will do light laundry loads and organizing.
