Multifamily Lead Superintendent opportunity local to Charlotte with a leading Multifamily Developer & Builder.

Our firm has been seeing substantial growth in NC and we're continuing to grow in the Charlotte NC market with several ground-up apartment projects.

We're looking to bring a few folks onto the team as we have a few Multi-family projects throughout the market as well as a bunch behind these deals so this opportunity will keep you local long-term.

Packages will include a competitive salary, bonus plan, car allowance and more.

What You Need for This Role:

• At least 5+ years of multi-family construction experience, preferably full-scope.
