Design and Construction (Capital) Manager

What You Will Do:

We’re looking for a Capital Manager to join our team, someone who brings innovation, initiative, and precision to lead impactful capital improvement projects. This role oversees the planning and execution of interior and exterior capital projects across our portfolio, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time, within budget, and in alignment with our values and strategic goals.

• Construction Expertise (Required): You have a solid understanding of interior and exterior construction and are comfortable managing contractors and vendors on-site. This is the most critical success factor in this role.
• Transformative Design Mindset: You think beyond maintenance, you conceptualize improvements that enhance aesthetics, function, and community value, while adhering to the budgetary constraints.
• Project Agility: You’re experienced in managing multiple projects (20-30 projects at any given time) simultaneously,
• Team Collaboration: You thrive in a collaborative environment and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company goals.

Compensation:

The total compensation range for this position is $100k -$128k (inclusive of an annual bonus). Base pay may vary based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
