New Home Superintendent - Level 2

We're looking for an experienced in the field leader to manage the full construction process of our new homesfrom groundbreaking to keys in hand. As a Level 2 Superintendent, youll oversee scheduling, trade coordination, site quality, and customer interactions. You'll ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and built to our high standards.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily construction schedules and job site progress.
• Coordinate all trade partners and suppliers.
• Maintain budget control and approve field invoices.
• Conduct quality checks and uphold site safety standards.
• Serve as the main field contact for the homeowner.
