As part of our franchise organization, you will provide essential care and support to elderly clients, assisting them in maintaining their overall well-being and performing daily living activities. Responsibilities: * Provide hands-on assistance to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. * Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. * Closely monitor clients' health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel. * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients. * Collaborate effectively with caregivers and healthcare professionals. * Provide transportation to appointments, events, and run errands as needed. Requirements: * Hold a valid certification as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Hawaii. * Preferred previous experience working with seniors, but not required. * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Pass a satisfactory background check and drug test. * Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and lifting.
