Maintenance Porter - Full-time / Part-time

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our clients team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. Multiple positions available in Queens, Brooklyn and Nassau County

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing any inquiries they may have.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
