Loss Prevention Project Specialist
The Loss Prevention Project Specialist plays a key role in supporting the deployment and enhancement of camera systems across retail store locations. This position is responsible for managing the daily workflow and executing tasks that contribute to the successful completion of store-specific scopes of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Execution: Carry out day-to-day activities as directed by the Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks, including store specific system designs and approvals.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records on project status and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to drive timely execution of approved work, ensuring quality and adherence to project standards and deadlines.
• Operational Support: Assist in resolving field-level issues and escalate concerns as needed to maintain project momentum.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to supporting the broader goals of the Loss Prevention team.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with:
• Loss Prevention Dept. team members – CSC and Field
• Loss Prevention Solution Providers
• Technology
• Store Operations
• Store Managers/Leadership teams
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Detail Oriented
• Skilled in the following:
o Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
o Project Management tools/software
o Store and system planning documentation
• Proficiency with camera systems
• Basic knowledge of camera system technology/infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Problem solving skills
• Understanding of general Loss Prevention processes and protection strategies
• Familiarity with retail policy and procedures
Education:
• BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum experience:
• 2 years of Loss Prevention experience or related systems experience
• 1 or more years of project management or project coordination experience
• Location/Schedule:
o Hybrid – M/F Remote, T-W-T on site
