Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Hand / Apprentice to join our fabrication team on second shift. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to learn the trade of sign fabrication, welding, and assembly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with fabrication and assembly of signage components
  
  
• Operate basic shop tools and equipment (training provided)
  
  
• Prepare materials (cutting, sanding, drilling, etc.)
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  
• Support senior fabricators and welders as needed
  
  
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous shop, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
  
  
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  
  
• Ability to read and follow instructions
  
  
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, standing, moving materials)
  
  
• Reliable transportation to and from work
  
  
• Must be punctual and dependable
