MedAdventures is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a skilled nursing facility team in St. Louis, MO. This role offers a chance to provide hands-on, patient-focused rehab care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating and treating patients recovering from illness or injury
- Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision
- Help improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
- Collaborate with the rehab team and document patient progress accurately
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in SNF or rehab preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
