Position: Park Manager

This role demands a highly organized individual responsible for all aspects of park management, with a significant focus on maintaining and improving our facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and actively involved in the upkeep of the park.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Park Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Proactive Maintenance & Repair: Conduct regular park inspections, perform necessary repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry – basic level), and schedule/supervise larger maintenance projects.
• Groundskeeping Oversight: Ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all grounds, RV sites, and common areas.
• Guest Relations Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and resolve guest issues effectively.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce park rules, safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking, handle transactions, and prepare basic reports.
• Team Coordination (if applicable): Supervise any on-site maintenance or support staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in park management, property management, or a related field with a strong emphasis on maintenance responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify maintenance needs.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
