Boxout, a national industry leader in health and wellness product distribution for over 75 years, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team! As a family-owned company, our success is driven by our core values and energetic culture.

We have expanded to a new 141,000 square foot facility in Sparks (off USA Parkway)! This contemporary facility provides an energetic and open environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. Our core values promote professional and personal growth.

In order to manage our volume and growth, you’ll be working 50 hours per week for at least the next few months — that means plenty of paid overtime as we meet rising demand and strengthen our team. We are seeking candidates for full-time outbound opportunities. The current shift is Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:30pm and will occasionally include a Saturday shift. Once we can meet demands without the additional hours, the shift will be 11:00am to 7:30 pm.

Responsibilities include, picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy and attention to details. Experience with

Warehouse lift equipment is a plus. All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Total compensation rate ranges between $18.50 and $25.75 an hour, based on a guaranteed hourly rate (depending on experience and ability to drive equipment) and a performance based hourly rate.
