We are seeking a Receptionist Sales Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We are an Industrial pipe manufacturing company located in the heights. We offer excellent benefits and a 401K.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders and provide quotes to customers.
- Prepare sales quotes.
- Data entry and manage customer accounts to help achieve sales targets
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields'
- Prior experience as a receptionist and working with phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Administrative skills to support the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
