We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to support our dynamic sales and design team.

As our FF&E Design & Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing projects to life—from organizing product cut sheets and assembling presentation materials to coordinating with vendors and customers. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values initiative, creativity, and customer focus. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
• Skilled in communication and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat (InDesign a plus). Procore knowledge is a plus, not a must.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working with diverse teams.
• Willing to learn about FF&E product lines and processes.
• Able to pass background checks and provide references.
