Position Overview

Complete Dentistry is seeking a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. This position offers flexibility in days worked, with the office open Monday through Thursday, making it an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking work-life balance while practicing quality dentistry.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, clinically confident, and committed to providing excellent care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services

• Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

• Deliver high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care

• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active state dental license in good standing

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient-focused mindset and commitment to quality care

• Previous experience preferred + 5 years

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position

• Flexible days available

• Office hours: Monday–Thursday 8-3

• Compensation structure based on experience and production (details discussed during interview)
