Blue Dot / American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to help drive sales team success.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets

• Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors

• Lead sales meetings when needed

• Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday)

• Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores

• Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly

Qualifications:

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC strongly preferred)

• Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Solid computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM experience a plus)

• Comfort with basic math and geometry

• Goal-driven mindset and a passion for success
