Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to social media accounts and services.
• Assist customers with account setup, management, and optimization.
• Respond to questions regarding content strategies, advertising options, and platform features.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience on social media platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sector.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities is essential.
