Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience managing field cases, performing OASIS assessments, and documenting in Homecare Homebase. This position involves working with patients throughout the Spokane area to deliver compassionate, skilled care in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and nursing visits in the field

• Complete OASIS-based documentation for accurate care planning

• Collaborate with healthcare team members and report changes in patient status

• Provide education and support to patients and caregivers

• Maintain thorough records using Homecare Homebase

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in WA (or compact if applicable)

• 2+ years of recent home health experience

• Homecare Homebase and OASIS experience required

• BLS certification

• Valid drivers license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
