Senior Tax Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a respected public accounting firm in Canton, Ohio. This leadership role is ideal for a CPA with deep expertise in tax review and compliance, ready to take ownership of client relationships and mentor a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns with precision and strategic insight.

• Deliver high-level tax planning and consulting services tailored to client needs.

• Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering technical growth and accountability.

• Stay current on evolving tax legislation and ensure compliance across all engagements.

• Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license is required.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.

• Proven track record in reviewing a wide range of tax filings.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Compensation: Competitive salary with performance incentives and full benefits

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
