Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing telespeech services to K-12 students. This role focuses on delivering effective remote speech therapy tailored to the individual needs of students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions via telepractice platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy outes in pliance with district guidelines.
- Participate in virtual meetings and professional development as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a speech-language pathologist.
- Experience delivering speech therapy services in a K-12 educational setting preferred.
- Proficiency with telepractice technology and platforms essential for remote service delivery.
- Strong munication skills and ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to speech-language services in schools.
