We are seeking a licensed Retail Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will accurately verify and dispense medications, monitor medication therapies, provide drug information, ensure medication safety, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

Requirements\n

\n
• Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice
\n
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
\n
• Retail pharmacy experience required
\n
• BLS certification required
\n
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
\n
• One year of pharmacy experience preferred
\n
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately
\n
• Review medication orders for safety and accuracy
\n
• Counsel patients on proper medication use
\n
• Monitor medication therapies and identify potential drug interactions
\n
• Document clinical interventions and medication-related activities
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
\n
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy personnel
