Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, or digital payments.

• Provide correct change and issue receipts promptly.

• Upsell menu items, promotions, or combo meals to increase sales.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, dining area, and condiment stations.

• Answer customer questions about the menu, specials, or restaurant policies.

• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.

• Assist with stocking, packaging food items, and other duties as assigned by management.

Required qualifications:
